- 3D Design & Prototyping: We convert designs into 3D CAD files and 3D print functional prototypes for your confirmation. (Structural design fee: $1,600-$2,000 USD for your reference)
- Tooling & Mold Testing: Upon 3D prototype sign-off, we fabricate custom molds and deliver real molded samples for functional testing. (Tooling fee: $10,000-$14,000 USD for your reference)
- Deposit & Mass Production: Once final samples are approved, production begins upon receiving the deposit.
- Balance & Delivery: Final inspection, balance payment, and shipping to your designated warehouse.
