Refund and Returns Policy

At Qisora, we are committed to providing high-quality children’s cameras to our global wholesale partners. It’s better for you to understand the following before placing an order:

1. Order Cancellation

Customized (OEM/ODM) orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our electronic children’s cameras. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. If you receive a shipment with visible damage or functional defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Evidence (photos or videos) of the defective items is required for a claim.

3. Returns & Replacements

Since we are a B2B wholesaler, we do not accept returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., “customer changed their mind”).
For confirmed defective units, we will either send replacements in your next order or provide a credit/refund for the value of the damaged items. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning defective items for inspection, if required.

4.Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for import customs clearance and any applicable local taxes or duties.
